Discovery Session — ₹2,000
A single, 60-minute conversation. No preparation needed. No forms to fill. Just tell me your story and let’s see if there’s work to be done together.
This session is for you if you’re curious but not sure coaching is the right step. There is no pressure to continue after this. If we both feel there’s something meaningful to work on, we’ll discuss what that looks like.
How it works:
- Send me a message via WhatsApp or the form below
- We find a time that works — weekday evenings or weekend mornings usually work best
- We meet on Zoom, Google Meet, or in person if you're in Delhi NCR
- We talk for 60 minutes
- At the end, I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help. If I can't, I'll say so.
What to expect: I will listen more than I talk. I will ask you about your father, your childhood, your family. I am not looking for trauma — I am looking for patterns. Most fathers carry patterns they’ve never named. Naming them is where change starts.
Monthly Coaching — ₹8,000/month
Four sessions per month. Weekly, 45-60 minutes each. This is where sustained change happens — not in one conversation, but in the practice of showing up week after week and doing the uncomfortable work of seeing yourself clearly.
The Father's Role in the 1000 Days
In most Indian families, the first 1000 days are considered the mother’s domain. The father provides. The mother nurtures. This division feels natural because it’s what we saw in our own families.
But consider what it installs in the child: from the very beginning, they learn that the father is the one who leaves every morning and returns tired. That the mother is the one who is always there. That emotional labour is women’s work. That men show love through money, not through presence.
By the time the child is three, this is already hardwired. And then we wonder why, at thirteen, our son can’t talk to us. Why, at twenty, our daughter chooses a partner who provides but isn’t present. The pattern was installed before they could speak.
Community Workshops — ₹500/person
For schools, RWAs, corporate groups, or community organisations. 90-minute group sessions focused on one topic:
